New contributor role

hey all — looking for contributors for Ladder Legends 🙂

if you've been enjoying the platform and want to help build it, we're opening up some contributor spots. here's what you should know:

what we're building Next.js web app (TypeScript, Vercel, Redis) Tauri desktop uploader (Rust + TypeScript) Python replay analyzer (FastAPI, sc2reader)

what we're looking for comfortable with at least one of those stacks bring your own AI coding assistant (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, whatever you use) be ready for a tiny interview with me and the LLA staff before getting repo access — not like a leetcode style thing, just making sure we're a good fit

why the interview? the repos contain stuff we can't just make public. we also want to make sure contributors understand the codebase architecture before diving in — it's a real product with real users.

what contributors get access to the repos and dev environment a real project to work on with actual users credit for your work (commits under your name, shout-outs)
